Vertical Consultants Grows Their Client List

Today, Vertical Consultants announced in a press release that they are adding their newest client, Rudy’s Hideaway Inc. Rudy’s Hideaway is an independently owned and operated, California based restaurant.

“The owner was approached for cell tower placement in exchange for revenue in the form of cell tower rent. He contacted Vertical Consultants to assist him throughout the cell tower lease negotiation process,” Vertical Consultants press release reported.

Vertical Consultants will negotiate with the telecom tenant to arrange better cell tower lease terms and higher rent revenue for the restaurant owner.

 

Vertical Consultants Increases Real Estate Developer’s Cell Tower Rent

Vertical Consultants, a telecom consulting firm, announced that they successful negotiated a 942% increase in cell tower rent for their client, Venture Landholdings, LLC. Vertical Consultants distributed a press release stating that they usually increase property owners’ cell tower rent by 142%. Vertical Consultants also recovers unpaid cell tower rent and expenses for the property owners.

“Since inception, Vertical Consultants has recovered over 200 years’ worth of cell tower rent and expenses, collectively, for their clients,” the press release reported. Vertical Consultants was founded in 2012 by Hugh Odem and they specialize in issues surrounding the wireless telecom industry and are a source of information for property owners.  

Is Verizon Moving Into Canada?

A press release on PR Web by Vertical Consultants discusses the possibility of Verizon moving into the Canadian market. If Verizon does expand into the Canadian market, there will be a need for new infrastructure without the territory. “If such Verizon expansion into Canada occurs, many landowners will be contacted by tower companies to utilize their land for towers and telecom equipment placement,” Vertical Consultants explains in their press release.

Vertical Consultants will be happy to continue its expansion of cell tower–leasing consulting services into the Canadian marketing if Verizon chooses to make this move and buy towers in the Canadian area.
