Verizon Wireless filed a lawsuit in response to the denial of a permit to install antennas and other equipment on a water tower by officials in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. The federal judge ruling on the case is expected to make a decision soon. In the meantime, a few residents have joined together to support the town in their lawsuit against the carrier.
