What began as a poetic plea for internet communications from the Ukrainian people ended up as a technology announcement. Thanks to Twitter. SpaceX founder and CEO Elon Musk announced on Saturday that Spacex is live over Ukraine, in response to a plea for help from Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukraine minister of digital transformation, according to CNN. Fedorov had tweeted to Musk: "while you try to colonize Mars -- Russia try to occupy Ukraine! While your rockets successfully land from space -- Russian rockets attack Ukrainian civil people! We ask you to provide Ukraine with Starlink stations and to address sane Russians to stand." Musk’s brief reply was, "Starlink service is now active in Ukraine. More terminals en route."
