Florida Wireless Association Announces 8th Annual Charity Golf Classic


The Florida Wireless Association will hold their annual charity golf classic at Champions Gate Golf Club and the proceeds of this event will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Northern Florida as well as Special Operations Warrior Foundation.

The golf classic will begin at 8:45am on Thursday, September 26, 2013. Registration begins at 7:45am and tee off is promptly at 8:45am. You can find a list of all their sponsorship opportunities here.

Make-A-Wish is a foundation dedicated to granting wishes of a child with a life-threatening medical condition. Every 38 Minutes, Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wish of a terminally ill child.

The Special Operations Warrior Foundation  a top-rated nonprofit organization that supports the military's special operations forces and their families through three programs: College Scholarships for the surviving children of fallen Special Operations Forces, Family Services, including educational & family counseling, wellness retreats, and advocacy support, and Wounded Special Operations Forces Support, including immediate financial stipends of $3,000.
