Goodman Networks Acquires Design Build Technologies

Goodman Networks, who designs, engineers, deploys, integrates and maintains wireless telecommunication networks shared in a press release that they are acquiring the assets and workforce of Design Build Technologies, which is a wireless construction company.

“As wireless data traffic grows and capacity continues to be constrained, demand for tower resources nationwide is expected to remain strong. The addition of DBT’s assets and workforce augments Goodman Networks’ existing “self-perform” capabilities,” the Goodman Networks' press release reported.

Goodman Networks acquired the Services Division of Cellular Specialties, Inc. in February, They are attempting to grow their company through acquisitions and in May the company announced a definitive agreement to acquire publicly-held Multiband Corporation, which is anticipated to close in the third quarter of 2013.
